Beauty makes me happy. A beautiful rural scene is uplifting. A city skyline is energizing. My cat stretched out in front of the fireplace, endearing.
For me, glass has always brought the same intense emotional responses. It is bright, it plays with light, it sparkles. Colorful or clear it transforms a space. And for me, creating a glass piece transforms me.

Bigger studios have support staff. As a solo artist, it's just me. However, I would be lost without my incredibly supportive husband Dave. He is my handyman, delivery services, chef, playmate, and inspiration.
